Family Style Pasta, Garlic Bread And Noodles Grill Lashes Soup by Chef Samina

Ingredients for Family Style Pasta:

  • Macaroni 1 packet
  • Beef Mince 250 gram
  • chicken 250 gram
  • Green Chilli 4-5
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Tomato 2-3
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
  • Spring Onion 2
  • Capsicum 1
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Crushed Red Chilli 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 big
  • Boiled Tomato 3-4
  • Tikka Masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil macaroni with salt, strain it and coat with oil.
  2. Make thin thin boti of chicken, coat with tikka masala & oil and cook for few minutes.
  3. Fry onion in hot oil, add mince, ginger garlic paste, salt, chillies & boiled chopped tomato and roast it.
  4. Heat oil and add crushed garlic, crushed toamto & green chilli and roast it.
  5. Then add salt and boiled pasta.
  6. Together mix cooked mince and cooked chicken nicely.
  7. Now add vinegar and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  8. Add chopped capsicum and spring onion.
  9. Take out in serving dish.
  10. Add crushed cheddar cheese and sprinkle red chilli powder.
  11. Serve pasta.

Ingredients for Garlic Bread:

  • French Loaf Bread 1
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Crushed Garlic 1 tsp
  • Thyme, Oregano 1 tsp
  • Cheddar Cheese 3/4 cup
  • Parsley 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Make slice of french loaf bread.
  2. Mix crushed garlic, thyme, oregano & parsley in butter.
  3. Now spread on slice and bake in oven until golden brown.
  4. Take out, add cheese and serve with pasta.

Ingredients for Noodles Grill Lashes Soup:

  • Maggi Noodles (Chicken) 1 packet
  • Tomato Puree 3 tbsp
  • Chicken Boneless 4 tbsp
  • Salt, Black Pepper to taste
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 tsp
  • Water 4 cup
  • Spring Onion 2 tsp

Method:

  1. In one pot, add toamto puree & maggi noodles test maker and cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Now add water in this mixture and boil 1 times.
  3. When water boils, add noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Saute chicken boneless with ginger garlic paste, salt & black pepper in separate pot.
  5. Take out maggi soup in one bowl. Then add chicken, garnish with spring onion and serve it.
