Ingredients for Savoury Square:

  • Flour 200 gram
  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Onion Seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White Butter 100 gram
  • Egg 1
  • Icing Sugar 2 ounce

Method:

  1. Beat butter, egg, icing sugar, salt and onion seeds in one bowl.
  2. Now mix strain flour and make dough.
  3. Now keep in refrigerator for few minutes, take out and roll it.
  4. Now cut into square pieces and prik with folk.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  6. Savoury square is ready.

Ingredients for Toton Chocolate Chips Cookies:

  • White Butter 100 gram
  • Brown Sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Soda 1 tsp
  • Flour 250 gram
  • Chocolate Chips 100 gram
  • White Chocolate Chips 100 gram

Method:

  1. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla essence.
  2. Strain flour and soda.
  3. Add eggs and strain flour in butter and make dough.
  4. Now mix both color of chocolate chips in it and keep in refrigerator for few minutes.
  5. Put 1 tbsp mixture on top of baking tray and bake on 180 degrees C.

Ingredients for Racy Reds:

  • Water Melon 1 kg
  • Cherries 1 cup
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Red Syrup 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients in blender and blend nicely.
  2. Take out in glass and serve chilli.
