Ingredients for Chicken Manchurian:
Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Ketchup 1/2 cup
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Crushed white pepper 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Tandoori color 1 pinch
Oil 1/4 cup
Spring onion 1
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in one pan and saute chopped ginger & garlic Then add chicken and fry it.
Now add tomato paste, ketchup, crushed red chilli, crushed white pepper, vinegar, chilli garlic sauce, tandoori color & salt and fry more.
Take out in serving dish, garnish with spring onion and serve it.
Ingredients for Chicken On Toast:
Chicken boneless 250 gram
Bread 8 slice
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Corn flour 1/2 cup
Flour 3 tbsp
Eggs 2
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Spring onion 1
Oil 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Add chicken in chopper and chop it.
Now add chopped spring onion, baking powder, corn flour, flour, egg, salt, black pepper & oil and make mixture.
Spread mixture on bread slice and deep fry it.
Then cut into pieces and serve with ketchup.
Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:
Rice 1/2 kg
Eggs 4
Carrot 1
Spring onion 125 gram
Crushed white pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil and fry chopped garlic. Then add eggs and make scramble egg.
Now add boiled rice, chopped vegetables, salt, white pepper & soya sauce and mix it nicely.
Lastly, toss it and serve.
