Ingredients for Summer Frittata:
Eggs 2
Egg White 4
Turmeric 1 pinch
Onion half
Vegetable Stock 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Zucchini 2 cup
Green Chilli 3
Tomato 1
Coriander 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Method:
Beat eggs, egg white, turmeric, salt and black pepper.
Heat vegetable stock on 10 to 12 inch pan. Then add onion & garlic and saute it.
Now add sliced zucchini & green chillies and saute for 3 minutes. Then add tomato, coriander, salt & black pepper.
Together add beaten egg mixture, do low flame, cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
Check 1 to 2 times in middle. When set and cooked well, take out frittata safe.
Cut into four portions and serve.
Ingredients for Chicken Hazarvi:
Chicken Breast 8
Ginger Paste 2 tbsp
Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
White Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
Nutmeg 1/4 tsp
Mace 1/4 tsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Fresh Cream 3/4 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
Method:
Cut chicken breast into 2 inch size cubes.
Coat chicken with ginger garlic paste, white pepper & salt and keep aside.
Now mash cheese, until it become paste. Now add chopped green chill, nutmeg, mace, coriander & salt and mix it.
Together mix egg.
Put chicken into cheese mixture. Then add cream, mix chicken and put all mixture into refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Insert stick into chicken and bake in per-heated oven on 200 degrees C until chicken cooked well and golden in color.
Brush chicken with cooking oil and bake more in oven for 2 minutes.
Serve chicken hazarvi.
