Ingredients:

  • Potatoe chips, cut
  • 1 egg white
  • Fish
  • fish fillets
  • mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbs chopped chives
  • 1 tbs chopped parsley
  • 3 tsp Parmesan cheese

Method:

  1. In a baking tray mix all the ingredients except potatoes and heat it on
  2. 180ºC.
  3. Cook for 15- 20 mins.
  4. Deep fry potato chips until golden.
