Ingredients:
- Potatoe chips, cut
- 1 egg white
- Fish
- fish fillets
- mayonnaise
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbs chopped chives
- 1 tbs chopped parsley
- 3 tsp Parmesan cheese
Method:
- In a baking tray mix all the ingredients except potatoes and heat it on
- 180ºC.
- Cook for 15- 20 mins.
- Deep fry potato chips until golden.
