Ingredients for Anari Chicken:

  • Chicken leg piece 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 125 gram
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Dry red chillies 4-5
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice powder
  • turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
  • Red food color few drops
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Pomegranate seeds 3 tbsp
  • Kewra water 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Jasmine Fried Rice:

  • Rice 300 gram
  • Capsicum chopped 1
  • Carrot chopped 1
  • Spring onion chopped 1
  • Boiled egg 2
  • Egg 2
  • Mushroom 8-10
  • Peas boiled 1/2 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Jasmine flowers 10 gram
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green tea 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Gujarati Chicken Daal:

  • Chicken with bone 1/2 kg
  • Chanay ki daal 1/4 kg
  • Medium onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Green chilli 4
  • Water 2 glass
  • Green coriander 1/4 bunch
  • Ghee 1/4 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
