Arabian Lamb Casserole

Ingredients:
- 2 tbs oil
- 750g lean lamb, cubed
- 1 pkt Tomato & Vegetable soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbs dried mint
- ¼ cup natural yoghurt
Method:
- Cut lamb into cubes.
- Grill until tender.
- Place peanut butter, sauce and ¼ cup water in pan; stir over heat until combined and heated.
