Arabian Lamb Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs oil
  • 750g lean lamb, cubed
  • 1 pkt Tomato & Vegetable soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbs dried mint
  • ¼ cup natural yoghurt

Method:

  1. Cut lamb into cubes.
  2. Grill until tender.
  3. Place peanut butter, sauce and ¼ cup water in pan; stir over heat until combined and heated.
