Chilli Chilli Bang Bang Burger And Falsay Ka Sharbat by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Chilli Chilli Bang Bang Burger:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Thyme 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread slice 4
  • Ketchup as required
  • Tomato 3
  • Cucumber 1
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Green chillies 10
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Bun 4
  • French fries 1 packet
  • Cabbage 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
  • Butter as required

Method:

  1. Add salt, black pepper, mustard paste, oregano, thyme, egg, bread slice & ketchup in mince, mix nicely and leave for marination for 30 minutes.
  2. Now make pati of this mixture and shallow fry it.
  3. Cut bun from center, spread butter and fry little.
  4. Spread mayonnaise on top. Keep salad leaves, toamto and cucumber.
  5. Keep burger pati on top and spread green chilli chutney.
  6. Lastly, cover with other bun.
  7. Serve with french fries and coleslaw salad.

Ingredients for Falsay Ka Sharbat:

  • Falsay 1 kg
  • Ice 2 cups
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black Salt 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Wash falsay nicely and blend with water.
  2. Now add sugar, salt & black pepper, blend it and strain it.
  3. Lastly, add ice, add water again and blend it.
  4. Falsay ka sharbat is ready.
