Ingredients:

  • 500 g mince
  • 1 l onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 440g kidney beans
  • 1 capsicum, chopped
  • 2 level tsp Mexican Chilli Powder
  • 440g tomato soup

Method:

  1. In a pot cook onion, garlic & capsicum for 5 mins, add mince & cook for 10 more mins.
  2. Stir in tomato soup, beans & remaining ingredients. Cook on for 10 mins.
  3. Serve hot.
