Ingredients:
- 500 g mince
- 1 l onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 beef stock cube
- 440g kidney beans
- 1 capsicum, chopped
- 2 level tsp Mexican Chilli Powder
- 440g tomato soup
Method:
- In a pot cook onion, garlic & capsicum for 5 mins, add mince & cook for 10 more mins.
- Stir in tomato soup, beans & remaining ingredients. Cook on for 10 mins.
- Serve hot.
