Ingredients for Fish With Red Chili Sauce:

• Fish 1/2 kg
• Spring onion chopped 2 tbsp
• Oil for fry

For Batter:

• Gram Flour 1 cup
• Eggs 2
• Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
• Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

For Sauce:

• Dry red chillies 10-12
• Lemon juice 1/4 cup
• Oil 1/4 cup
• Cumin seeds roasted 1 tsp
• Brown sugar 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Red food color few drops
• Boiled onion 1
