Ingredients for Aam Ka Abshola:

  • Raw mangoes 3
  • Mint leaves 6
  • Caster sugar 6 tbsp
  • Black salt 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Chilled white drink 1
  • Crushed ice 1 cup

Ingredients for Red Velvet Woopie Pie:

  • Flour 125 gram
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Unsalted butter 60 gram
  • Egg 1 large
  • Sugar 150 gram or 3/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Butter milk 1/2 cup
  • Red food color 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp

For Frosting:

  • Cream cheese 4 ounces
  • Shortenings or margarine 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Icing sugar 1-1 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1 tbsp if required

Ingredients for Dabba Gosht:

  • Boneless beef 200 gram
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Green chillies grinded 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Boiled mixed vegetable 1 cup
  • Macaroni boiled 1 cup
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Capsicum 1 chopped
  • Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut grinded 3 tbsp
  • Ketchup 5 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

For White Sauce:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Stock 1 cup
