Ingredients:

  • Topside steak, 4 pieces
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 onions
  • ½ cup rice
  • 1 tin tomato soup

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 250ºC.
  2. Place meat in greased baking dish with salt & pepper, and onions.
  3. Sprinkle rice over the steak & add 1 tin tomato soup along with water.
  4. Cook for ½ hour on 250 C.
  5. Then reduce heat to 180ºC & cook for ½ hour.
