Ingredients for Lemon Tart:

For Dough:

  • White flour 300 gram
  • Butter 250 gram
  • Icing Sugar 50 gram
  • Eggs 2

For Filling:

  • Cream 300 ml
  • Caster Sugar 200 gram
  • Lemon Juice 100 ml
  • Food Color (Yellow) 1 pinch
  • Eggs 8
  • Icing sugar For Sprinkle
  • Baking Time 20 minutes
  • Baking Temperature 190 degrees C

Method:

  1. Mix sugar and white flour nicely.
  2. Now add butter in it and mix it.
  3. Now add eggs, mix it and make dough.
  4. Roll it, put in pie pan, bake in oven for 20 minutes and take out.
  5. For Filling: Add all ingredients in on bowl, mix it and put in pan.
  6. Now cover with aluminum foil, bake for 20 minutes and take out.
  7. Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve.

Ingredients for Vanilla Biscuit:

  • Butter 250 gram
  • Icing sugar 125 gram
  • White Flour 335 gram
  • Coco Powder 75 gram
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Egg 1

Method:

  1. Beat butter and icing sugar nicely. Then add eggs and beat more.
  2. Add sugar in white flour in one mixing sugar and mix it.
  3. Add vanilla essence in butter.
  4. Now mix flour in butter mixture with hands nicely.
  5. Now make in shape of biscuits in baking tray with help of piping bag.
  6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes on 200 degrees C.
  7. When ready, serve.
