Ingredients for Almond Chiffon Cake:

For Sponge:

  • White Flour 200 gram
  • Eggs 9
  • Butter 250 gram
  • Caster Sugar 200 gram
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Almond 200 gram
  • Baking Powder 1 tbsp

For Frosting:

  • Almond Slice 200 gram
  • White Chocolate 300 gram
  • Brown Chocolate 300 gram
  • Cream 300 gram

Method:

  1. Mix butter and half sugar and beat it.
  2. Separate egg yolks. Then beat in butter mixture one by one.
  3. Beat egg whites, add little little sugar, add all sugar like this and beat more for 5 minutes.
  4. Together mix, white flour, baking powder, salt and almonds.
  5. Add vanilla essence in butter mixture. Then fold flour mixture and eggs mixture, put half half mixtures in separate tin.
  6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes and take out.
  7. Melt white chocolate & brown chocolate in separate pan, add half half cream in both pan and mix it.
  8. When cooled, add both chocolates & almond on first layer. Cover second layer on top.
  9. Lastly, do icing with chocolate and serve.

Ingredients for Zeera Biscuits:

  • Cumin Seeds 250 gram
  • Butter 150 gram
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
