Ingredients:

  • 2 cups chopped cooked meat
  • 1 tbs onion, finely chopped
  • salt & black pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 ½ tsp baking power
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk

Method:

  1. In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder & salt.
  2. Beat eggs with milk and add egg mixture to flour.
  3. Beat continuously.
  4. Keep aside for several hours before using.
  5. Fold meat into batter & fry until brown.
