Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped cooked meat
- 1 tbs onion, finely chopped
- salt & black pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking power
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
Method:
- In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder & salt.
- Beat eggs with milk and add egg mixture to flour.
- Beat continuously.
- Keep aside for several hours before using.
- Fold meat into batter & fry until brown.
