Pineapple Steak

Ingredients:

  • 1kg steak
  • 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 440 gram can pineapple pieces
  • 1 pkt French Onion Soup
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbs vinegar
  • 2 tbs tomato sauce

Method:

  1. Cut steak into cubes, fry in a little oil until brown.
  2. Add soup mix & 2 cups water, curry powder, mustard & vinegar, bring to boil.
  3. Add sauces; simmer gently approximately for 1 hour.
  4. Drain pineapple; add half juice & all pieces.
