Herb Beef & Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • 500g mince
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • ½ tsp mixed herbs
  • 440g can tomato soup
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 cup cooked/boiled macaroni
  • 2 med onions
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 2 rashers bacon

Method:

  1. Peel & dice onions, chop bacon.
  2. Sauté bacon in pan for 3 minutes, add onions and sauté for further 5 mins.
  3. Stir in steak, cook until meat browns.
  4. Add soup powder, water, stock cube, herbs, salt & pepper to taste.
  5. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 mins.
  7. Add cooked macaroni into pan with meat.
  8. Serve hot.
