Ingredients for Yellow Cup Cakes:

  • Crushed sugar 200 gram
  • Flour 195 gram
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Unsalted butter 115 gram
  • Egg 1
  • Egg yolks 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Paper cups 1 dozen

For Frosting:

  • Cooking chocolate 4 ounce
  • Unsalted butter 150 gram
  • Icing Sugar 160 gram

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar. Then add egg, egg yolks and vanilla essence.
  2. Strain flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Add strained flour & yogurt in egg mixture and mix nicely.
  4. Now put paper cups on muffin tray, put mixture, bake for 25 minutes and cool it.
  5. For Icing: Melt chocolate and cool it.
  6. Beat butter and icing sugar. When becomes thick, mix chocolate, again beat with batter until creamy.
  7. Spread icing on cold cup cake, decorate with chocolate and serve it.

Ingredients for Toffee Bar:

  • Unsalted butter 115 gram
  • Brown sugar 105 gram
  • Vanilla essence 3/4 tsp
  • Flour 130 gram
  • Salt 1/4 tsp

For Filling:

  • Chocolate chips 1 cup
  • Roasted nuts 1 cup

Method:

  1. Coat 8 inch square tray with aluminum.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar & vanilla essence and add flour & salt.
  3. Now put this mixture in tin and push with hands.
  4. Bake on 180 degrees C for 20 minutes and take out from oven.
  5. Put chocolate chips and again bake for 1 minute.
  6. When chocolate chips melts, roast nuts and add in it.
  7. Keep in oven for 1 minute, cool it and cut in bars.
  8. Toffee bar is ready.
