Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 green capsicum, chopped
  • 1 pack tomato & vegetable
  • 1 ¾ cups water
  • 8 thin sausages
  • 1 med potato
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Soup mix
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 300g can red kidney
  • beans, drained

Method:

  1. In a microwave, cook the cut up sausages for approximately 8 mins.
  2. In a casserole dish, place potato, onion, garlic & green capsicum and cook for 5 mins.
  3. Add sausages, soup mix & water.
  4. Mix them well.
  5. Cover & cook on for 5 mins on high and 15 mins on medium.
  6. Then, add kidney beans and cook for five more minutes.
