Ingredients for Kofta Bhuna:
For Kofta:
Beef minced 1/2 kg
Medium sized onion 1
Green chillies 2-3
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
Garlic cloves 2
Ginger 1 medium piece
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt as required
For Gravy:
Medium sized onion 1
Boil and chopped tomatoes 2
Water 1 cup
Peas 1/2 cup
Oil 1/4 cup
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
Firstly, add mince, garlic, all spice powder, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, onion & ginger in chopper and grind nicely.
When this paste is ready, take out in bowl, make small small kofta and keep aside.
Now in one karahi pan, heat oil and fry onion until golden.
When onion becomes golden, add ginger garlic paste and cook again for few seconds.
Then add boiled eggs, chopped tomato, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric & tomato paste and roast for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add water and keep kofta on low flame.
Then add peas & crushed coriander, cover it and leave for cook. After 10 to 15 minutes, remove cover and dry gravy on high flame.
Lastly, sprinkle all spice powder & coriander leaves and serve it.
Ingredients for Anda Masala:
Eggs 2
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Green chillies 4
Coriander leaves as required
Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
Salt as required
Method:
Firstly, do slice of onion.
Together cut tomato, green chillies and coriander leaves into small.
Now beat eggs in one bowl.
Then in one pan, heat oil, add vegetables and cook until soft.
Then add beaten eggs, crushed red chilli, turmeric & salt and cook nicely.
Spicy anda masala is ready.
Ingredients for Spice Leek Prawns:
Leek 1
Large prawns 1/2 kg
Crushed onion 1
Boiled and chopped tomatoes 2
Crushed garlic 3-4
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Crushed coriander 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Method:
Firstly, clean prawns, mark deep cut and open like book.
Now in one karahi pan, heat oil, add garlic & onion.
When onion becomes little soft, add tomatoes and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add turmeric, cumin powder, crushed red chilli, lemon juice & crushed coriander and roast more for 1 to 2 minutes.
Now add prawns & leek and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Lastly, add salt, crushed black pepper & coriander leaves, mix it and serve it.
