  • Granulated sugar 6 ounces
  • Eggs 3 beaten
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp

For Glazed Icing:

  • Icing sugar 4 ounce
  • Butter 1 ounce
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp

  • aapa assalam aleiqum...I tried your coffee cake receipe and it was great. however icing is not thickening. I followed exactly your steps but my icing did not get as solid as yours. The texture does not look like ghee as you said and shown. I don't know what I am missing here...Can you please help me. Thanks. -Kamran
