Ingredients for Jalebi Pudding:

  • Jalebi 250 gram
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Almonds and pistachio 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Keema Naan:

For Dough:

  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Sugar 3 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Soda by carb 1-1/2 tsp
  • Melted ghee 1/4 cup
  • Water to knead the dough

For Filling:

  • Mince meat 1/2 kg
  • Green chillies 2 to 3
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Egg yolk 1
  • All spice 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Methi Murgh Pulao:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Kasori methi 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 6
