Ingredients for Cappuccino Squares:

  • Butter 8 ounce
  • Self raising flour 8 ounce
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Coco powder 1 tsp
  • Caster sugar 8 ounce
  • Eggs 4
  • Coffee 3 tbsp
  • Water 2 tbsp

For White Chocolate Frosting:

  • White chocolate 4 ounce
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 6 ounce

Method:

  1. Grease 11x7 inch tin.
  2. Strain flour, baking powder and coco powder.
  3. Beat butter, caster sugar, egg and coffee. Then add strained flour and mix it.
  4. Now put mixture in tin and bake for 35 minutes on 180 degrees C.
  5. Now cut into pieces and cool it.
  6. For Icing: Melt chocolate, butter and milk and remove from stove.
  7. Now add icing sugar and strain it.
  8. Spread icing on cappuccino squares.
  9. Sprinkle coco powder, cut into square piece and serve.

Ingredients for Ginger Nuts:

  • Self raising flour 12 ounce
  • Caster sugar 7 ounce
  • Ginger powder 1 tbsp
  • Soda 1 tsp
  • Butter 125 gram
  • Golden syrup 75 gram
  • Egg 1
  • Orange essence few drops
  • Salt 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Add salt, caster sugar, ginger powder & soda in self raising flour and mix it.
  2. Keep butter & golden syrup on stove, melt it. Then add orange essence and egg.
  3. Together add flour mixture and make dough.
  4. Now make 30 balls and keep on grease tray.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees C for 20 to 25 minutes and cool it.
  6. Ginger bites is ready.
