Ingredients for Twister:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
Chilli Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
For Batter:
Flour 1/4 cup
Corn Flour 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
White Pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Chilli Sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed Corn Flakes 2 cup
Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Ice berg Lettuce 1
Tomato 2
French Fries 1 packet
For Tortillas:
Flour 2 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Butter Paper 2 sheets
Method:
Cut chicken breast into big stripes. Then add salt, black pepper, paprika, chilli sauce & chilli garlic sauce and marinate it.
For Batter: Add flour, corn flour, baking powder, white pepper, paprika, chilli sauce & water and make batter.
Now dip marinated chicken in dip and roll it bread crumbs & corn flakes.
Shallow fry in hot oil until golden brown.
For Sauce: Mix mayonnaise & vinegar in one bowl.
For Tortillas: Add flour, salt, baking powder, oil and knead flour with lukewarm water. Then leave for 30 minutes.
Now make portions, roll like dinner size plate and fry on both sides on tawa.
For Serving: Keep fried chicken on one tortillas.
Put chopped tomato, ice burg and chilli sauce.
Now make like swiss roll, roll in batter paper and serve it.
Ingredients for D Shape Samosa:
For Dough:
Flour 2 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
For Filling:
Mince 250 gram
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Onion 1
Crushed Red Chilli 1 tsp
Mix Spices 1/2 tsp
Roasted Crushed Cumin 1 tsp
Roasted Crushed Coriander 1 tsp
Green Chilli 4-6
Coriander 2 tbsp
Method:
Add ghee, salt & water in flour and knead flour.
After wards, leave for 30 minutes.
For Filling: Fry onion in 2 tbsp oil. Then add ginger, garlic & mince and roast nicely.
Now add salt, turmeric, crushed red chilli, coriander & cumin, roast it and cook on low flame.
When mince cooked well, add mix spices, crushed coriander & green chilli, mix it and cool it.
Make portions of knead flour, roll it and put filling in center.
Wet sides with water, fold in d shape and seal it.
Deep fry in hot oil and serve it.
