Ingredients for Mango Tango Shake:
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Peach 1 cup
  • Mango chunks 1 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Crushed ice as required
Method:
  1. Mix milk, cream, vanilla essence, peach, mango chunks, sugar and ice nicely.
  2. Take out in glass and serve chilli.

Method for Moong Ki Daal:

  1. Clean daal and soak for 1 hour.
  2. Boil spinach, strain with water and take out.
  3. Now cook daal with ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt on low flame.
  4. Mash daal slowly slowly with the help of wooden spoon. Then add spinach, cook for 6 to 8 minutes and remove from stove.
  5. Heat ghee in one pan and fry onion.
  6. When onion becomes brown, add chopped ginger, chopped garlic, whole green chilli, whole red chilli and cumin.
  7. Lastly, give bhagaar of daal and spinach.
  8. Serve with chapati and boiled rice.
