Ingredients for Bean Sandwich:
Red kidney bean 4 cups
Olive oil 1/4 cup
Tomato 3
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Onion 4
Red chilli to taste
Garlic 4 cloves
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Green onion 2
Parsley 2 tbsp
Tahini sauce 5-6 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Method:
Boil red kidney bean.
Heat oil in one pat and fry onion until golden. Then add garlic, red chilli, coriander powder, paprika powder, cumin, & tomato and cook until cooked well.
Now add boiled red kidney beans, some water, cover it and leave for 10 minutes. Now mash little and add salt, black pepper & red chilli powder.
Lastly, add parsley and lemon juice.
Mix tahini sauce & mayonnaise and spread on bread.
In one bowl, mix parsley, tomato, onion & spring onion, mix it and put on bread.
Spread red kidney bean on top and serve with fries.
Ingredients for Mayonnaise BBQ Manchurian Roll:
Chicken breast 1
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
Egg 1-2
Carrot 2
Cabbage 1
Onion 1
Capsicum 1
Spring onion 4
For Sauce:
Ketchup 1 cup
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Corn flour as required
Mayonnaise as required
Salad leaves 1 bunch
Potato 2
Method:
Cut chicken into thin stripes and mix with vegetables.
Mix corn flour, flour, soya sauce & eggs nicely and deep fry it.
For sauce: Heat oil and fry garlic.
Add ketchup, corn flour, soya sauce, salt, sugar, red chilli powder & vinegar in water and mix it.
When it becomes thick, add fried dumpling and mix it nicely.
Roast bun little. Spread mayonnaise and put manchurian strips.
Serve hot.
Ingredients for Potato Egg Salad Sandwich:
Potato 4
Eggs 5
Mustard paste as required
Mayonnaise as required
Garlic 3 cloves
Garlic powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
Capsicum 1
Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
Parsley 2 tbsp
Onion 1
Fried fries 1 packet
Method:
Add capsicum, onion, salt, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, chopped garlic & parsley and mix it.
Cut boiled eggs into small small pieces, cut potato into slices and mix both in mayonnaise.
Now spread cheddar cheese on bread and sprinkle crushed red chilli.
Melt in oven on 160 degrees C and spread filling on top.
Serve with fries
