Ingredients for Grilled Chicken:
Chicken tikka 4 pieces
Butter 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Peprika 1 tbsp
Curry powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Cucumber 1
Method:
Wash chicken pieces nicely and mark cut.
Then coat with lemon juice, peprika, salt and black pepper.
Keep chicken in oven tray and bake it.
Brush with butter and bake again for 10 minutes.
Take out in serving plate. Serve with salad.
Ingredients for Mazadar Turai:
Zucchini 1 kg
Onion 2
Tomato 2
Red chilli 1 tsp
Green chillies 4-6
Salt 1 tsp
Whole red chilli 4
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Coriander leaves as required
Method:
Heat oil, add cumin seeds, red chilli & chopped onion and fry it. Then add garlic, salt, whole red chilli, turmeric & chopped tomato and roast masala.
Now add zucchini, cover it and leave for simmer.
When zucchini cooked well, add green chillies and coriander leaves and serve it.
Ingredients for Dahi Bhindi:
Okra 1/2 kg
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 10-12
Tomato 1
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Black maple split 1 tsp
Onion 2
Red chilli 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Whole red chilli 4
Garlic 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry black maple split, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
Then add whole red chilli, salt, red chilli and turmeric powder and roast masala.
Now add yogurt.
Cut okra into 1 inch piece and fry it.
Add fried okra in yogurt mixture and keep on simmer.
When ready, serve hot.
