Ingredients for Classic Kulfi:

  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Cream 1-1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Bread slice 1
  • Faluda 2 cup
  • Pistachio 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Keep evaporated milk in refrigerator for 2 hours. Then take out and beat it.
  2. Together add condensed milk. cream, bread slice and cardamom powder and mix in blender.
  3. Now fill in kulfi molder and keep in freezer.
  4. When solid, serve with faluda and pistachio.

Ingredients for Peach Cobbler:

  • Self raising flour 100 gram
  • Butter 250 gram
  • Milk 4 ounces
  • Peach 1 tin
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1/4 tsp
  • Brown sugar 100 gram
  • Vanilla ice cream 1/2 liter

Method:

  1. In one pan, add brown sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon powder, corn flour and peach and cook until thick.
  2. Then take out in oven proof dish.
  3. Mix butter and flour nicely, add crushed sugar and milk and make soft dough.
  4. Now make small small 5-6 pieces and put in peach mixture.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  6. When golden brown, serve with ice cream.
