Ingredients for Hari Mirch Ka Qeema:
Mince 1 kg
Onion 3 big
Garlic 10-12 clove
Ginger as required
Yogurt 350 gram
Red chilli powder 3 tbsp
Cumin 1-1/2 tbsp
Mix spices 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
Green chilli 150 gram
Lemon 3-4
Coriander as required
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Method:
Grind onion thin and do golden brown in oil. Then add garlic and saute it.
Now add mince and cook it.
Together add red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, cumin and yogurt and cook until water dries.
Lastly, add green chillies and roast it.
Take out in serving dish.
Garnish with onion rings, lemon, coriander and ginger and serve it.
Ingredients for Tarka Chicken:
Chicken boneless 1 kg
Onion 2
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Mix spices powder 1 tsp
Red chilli 2 tbsp
Yogurt 350 gram
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Almond, Peanut paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
For Tarka:
Whole red chilli 8
Garlic 1 tsp
Curry leaves 10-15
Cumin 1 tsp
Method:
Heat oil and fry onion until soft. Then add garlic and chicken and cook it.
Now add yogurt, mustard paste, mix spices powder, salt and red chilli powder, cover it and cook it.
When roasted, add poppy paste, peanut and almond and cook on low flame.
For Tarka: Heat oil in one pan, add garlic, whole red chilli, cumin and curry leaves and saute it
Spread tarka on chicken and serve it.
Ingredients for Watermelon Soda:
Pineapple juice 1/2 cup
Water melon 2 cup
Soda 1 cup
Crushed ice 1 cup
Rose syrup 1 tbsp
Method:
In blender, add pineapple juice, water melon, soda, ice and rose syrup and blend nicely.
Take out in glass and serve it.
