Ingredients for Royal Pudding:

  • Khoya 125 gram
  • Eggs 2
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tsp
  • Almonds and pistachios 2 tbsp

For Custard:

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Kewra water few drops
  • Pistachio for decoration
  • Yellow color few drops

Ingredients for Nargasi Chicken Masala:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Whole mixed spices 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 grinded
  • Khoya 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Spinach leaves 250 gram
  • Saffron 1/4 tsp

Ingredients for Murgh Kachaari Parchy:

  • Boneless chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Mango pickle 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
