Ingredients for Chapati Qeema Roll:

  • Chapati 7
  • Mince 850 gram
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Garlic red chilli chutney 1-1/2 tsp
  • Onion 3
  • Raita for serving
  • French fries 1 packet

Ingredients for Kari Gosht Dopiaza:

  • Mutton 750 gram
  • Onion 500 gram
  • Yogurt 250 gram
  • Clove 6
  • Cardamom 4
  • Ginger 1/2 inch piece
  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Mix spices 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Raw mango 2
  • Green chilli 2
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Whole red chilli 4
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander for garnish

Ingredients for Burmese Khusway:

For Khusway:

  • Crushed onion 2
  • Noodle 1 packet
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli to taste
  • Cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Coconut milk 2 cup
  • Chicken boneless 750 gram
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for cooking
  • Coriander for garnish

For Topping:

  • Peanut 1/4 cup
  • Green onion 1/4 cup
  • Lemon 3
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Garlic cloves 1/4 cup
  • Dry red chilli 2-3
  • Finger chips for serving
