Ingredients for Lahori Murgh Cholay:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg
  • Chickpeas 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Split and washed black lentil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Daal Aur Podinay Kay Kabab:

  • Gram lentils 1 cup
  • Ginger 1
  • Bread crumbs 1 packet
  • Mint leaves 2 bunches
  • Onion chopped 2
  • Egg whites 2
  • Bread slices 2
  • Black cardamom 4
  • Whole red chillies 6
  • Whole black pepper 6
  • Garlic cloves 6
  • Green chillies 6
  • Whole coriander 1 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka Masala Handi:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Lemon 3
  • Green chillies 4
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Mint 1/2 bunch
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli crushed 1/2 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
