Chicken Paneer Pulao by Chef Zakir

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast 2
  • Rice 300 gram
  • Peas boiled 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Potato 2
  • Green chillies 2-3
  • Cottage cheese 2 packet
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Ghee 1/4 tsp
  • Black cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cup
  • Mix whole spices as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Firstly, heat ghee and add onion slice.
  2. Together add chicken, mix whole spices and turmeric.
  3. When onion becomes soft, add sliced potato and chopped green chilli, cook for few minutes, add water and cook on low flame until potato becomes soft.
  4. When water start cook, add soaked rice.
  5. Together add green chillies, chopped tomato, black cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt, fried cheese and boiled peas and cook little.
  6. When rice comes on top, mix it and keep on simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Spicy chicken paneer pulao is ready.
