Chicken Mac & Cheese And Rocky Road Ice Cream by Rida Aftab

• Macaroni boiled 2 cup
• Butter 2 tsp
• Mustard paste 1 tsp
• Milk 2 cup
• Flour 1 tbsp
• Cheddar cheese 1 cup
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Boiled chicken 2 cup
• Cream cheese 1/2 cup
• Oregano 1/2 tsp
• Chilli garlic sauce 1/2 cup

Method:

Ingredients for Rocky Road Ice Cream:

• Condensed milk 1 tin
• Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
• Cream 1 packet
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Marshmallow 1 cup
• Milk 2 cup
• Walnut 1 cup

1. In one pot, add milk, marshmallow and cocoa powder and cook it.
2. When all ingredients is mixed, remove from stove and chill it.
3. Now add cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence and fold in cocoa mixture.
4. Lastly, put in air tight box and freeze it. When half freezed, add walnuts and fold it.
