Easy Tandoori Chicken Pizza by Rida Aftab

Ingredients:

For Dough:

  • Egg 1
  • Flour 375 gram
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Warm water as required

For Tandoori Chicken:

  • Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Cumin seeds roasted 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

For Topping:

  • Chilli garlic sauce 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes chopped 2
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Olive chopped 4

Method:
  1. For Tandoori Chicken: Cut chicken boneless into small cubes.
  2. Then coat it with yellow color, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds roasted, lemon juice, chaat masala, chilli powder and salt and leave for few minutes.
  3. Then fry in some oil for 5 minutes.
  4. For Dough: Add flour, yeast, oil, salt, sugar and egg and knead with warm water.
  5. For Topping: Now knead again kneaded flour and make roti and spread chilli garlic sauce.
  6. Now put fried chicken, onion chopped, tomato chopped, olive chopped, capsicum, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and sprinkle oregano.
  7. Lastly, bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
