Ingredients for Tiramisu Toffee Trifle Pie:

  • Butter Cake 1 pound
  • Coffee 1 tbsp
  • Water 3/4 cup
  • Cream cheese 200 gram
  • Fresh cream 200 gram
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate syrup 1/2 cup
  • Crunchy chocolate 2 bars

Ingredients for Kashmiri Boti Kabab:

  • Undercut boneless 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Kashmiri red chillies 4 soaked
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts 6 grinded
  • Salt 1 tsp

Ingredients for Chocolate Malt Cookies:

  • Shortening or butter 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1-1/4 cup
  • Malted milk powder 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Egg 1 beaten
  • Flour 2 cups
  • Baking soda 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped chocolate 1 cup
  • Chocolate chips 1/2 cup
