Ingredients for Crispy Fried Beef Pouches:

  • Manda patti as required
  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Mushroom 3
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Corn flour 3-4 tbsp
  • Green onion 2
  • Soya sauce 2 tsp
  • Egg 2

For Sauce:

  • Pineapple juice 1-1/2 cup
  • Chicken stock 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour as required
  • Salt to taste to taste
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Green onion for garnish

Ingredients for Chicken 65 With Fried Rice:

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Corn flour 2-3 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 4-5
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 4-5
  • Oil for frying
  • Red color as required
  • Lemon 1
  • Rice 1 cup
