Masaladaar mutton 

Ingredient;

  • Mutton                          1 kg
  • Bay leaf                          02
  • Onion                              05
  • Tomato                            06
  • Salt                                 to taste
  • Oil                                   3/4 cup
  • Garam masala whole  3/4 cup
  • Coriander pwd              1 tbsp
  • Cumin seed                  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste       4 tbsp
  • Turmeric pwd         1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chilli pwd         1-1/2 tbsp
  • Green chilli ginger for garnish

Method;

  1. Heat oil in a pan golden fry onion and bay leaf in it.
  2. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry . Add mutton  and stir for a while.
  3. Put all the spices and cook for 10 mins.
  4. Now add tomatoes, saute, add 1 cup water and bring it to a boil . 
  5. Cober with lid and cook on low flame till the mutton becomes tender.
  6. When the gravy gets a bit thick , remove the lid and cook for 5 mins.
  7. Take out in a dish and garnish with ginger and green chillies.

Dum ke bhutay

Ingredient;

  • Corn on the cob          2-3
  • Chat masala                1 tsp
  • Green chilli                 1 tsp
  • Butter                           2 tsp
  • Mint                           1/2 tsp
  • Salt                          to taste
  • Parsely                   few leaf

Method;

  1. Boil corn in salted water till they get tender.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and saute corn in it , till they are fully glazed.
  3. Sprinkle chat masala, mint and green chilli on the corn.
  4. Garnish woth parsely .
  5. Serve
