Ingredients for Achari Chops:
Mutton chops 1 kg
Roasted gram flour 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Ginger 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Onion seeds 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Mix spices 1 tsp
Papaya 1 tbsp
Roasted crushed cumin 1 tbsp
Red chilli 1 tbsp
Roasted crushed coriander 1 tbsp
Crushed fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Salt 1-1/2 tsp
Chaat masala to taste
Onion 2
Tomato 2
Method:
Do chops little flatten, marinate with papaya, ginger, garlic, salt and lemon juice and leave for 30 minutes.
Roast gram flour.
Roast cumin and crush it.
Roast fennel seeds and coriander and crush it.
Crush mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
Now mix all ingredients in yogurt and spread on chicken.
Bake in oven on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
Garnish with onion rings and tomato slice and serve it.
Ingredients for Chicken Chilli Pizza:
Flour 250 gram
Eggs 1
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Powder milk 2 tbsp
For Filling:
Chicken boneless 250 gram
Salt to taste
Oregano 1 tsp
Crushed red chilli 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Pizza sauce 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese
Onion 1
Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
Mushroom 4
Olives 6
Method:
Mix flour, egg, milk, sugar, salt, yeast and oil and knead flour with lukewarm water.
Then leaves it for double.
Chop mince thick.
Heat oil, add chicken, salt, crushed red chilli, crushed black pepper and lemon juice and mix it.
Now cover it and cook it. When chicken fry little, add chilli sauce and oregano and remove from stove.
Roll flour and keep it again for double.
Put pizza sauce, onion, chicken filling, tomato, capsicum, mushroom and olives on top.
Together add cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and oregano.
Bake in oven on 200 degrees C for 20 minutes and serve it.
