Banana Bread

Ingredients:
- 125 gms Margarine
- 2 Eggs
- 50 gms walnuts
- 1/2 tsp soda Bicarb
- 225 gms powdered sugar
- 3 ripe bananas
- 225 gms refined flour
- 1/4th tsp salt
Method:
- Sift the flour with soda & salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter & sugar till light & fluffy.
- Beat eggs separately. Add gradually to the creamed mixture beating well all the time.
- Add mashed bananas with 1 tbsp flour. Mix well.
- Fold in the sifted flour. Add chopped walnuts.
- Pour in a greased & floured loaf tin.
- Bake at 170 C/ 325 F for 35-40 mins
- Serve warm
