Ingredients for Kastu Chicken:
Boneless breast 1/2 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Egg 1 beaten
Bread crumbs as required
For Sauce:
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
Marinate chicken with salt and black pepper crushed.
Now spread flour on it.
Now dip in beaten egg, coat with bread crumbs, push with hands nicely until thin and long.
Now deep fry in hot oil for 10 minutes on low flame.
Now take out, cut into stripes, put mayonnaise on top, serve before or serve with tea.
For sauce: Mix mayonnaise or lemon juice.
Ingredients for Pistachio Biscotti:
Flour 2 cups
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Sugar 3/4 cup
Butter unsalted 4 ounce
Salt 1/4 tsp
Egg 3
Finely chopped pistachios 3/4 cup
Method:
Firstly, heat oven on 180 degrees C and line baking sheet with batter.
In one bowl, strain flour and baking powder.
Mix unsalted butter, sugar and salt and beat until fluffy.
Now slowly slowly add 3 eggs, together add flour, now mix it and make dough.
Now put chopped pistachio, fold it and beat for 30 seconds.
Now take out and make big roll.
Then bake for 30 to 35 minutes, take out and chill it.
Now cut into biscotti shape and bake for 15 minutes.
Ingredients for Shahi Gola Kabab Masala:
Beef mince 1/2 kg
Onion brown 1/2 cup
All spice 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
White cumin whole 1 tsp
Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Roasted gram 1 tbsp
Raw papaya paste
Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
For Masala:
Onion chopped 1
Green chillies chopped 2
Oil 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
