Chicken & Chinese cabbage

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast, 1kg
  • cabbage, 1 inch slices 1 lb
  • mushrooms, fresh sliced 4
  • mushrooms, Chinese black presoaked; and sliced 4
  • chicken broth 3/4 cup
  • chicken broth 3/4 cup
  • cornstarch 1 tb
  • rice wine 1 ts
  • soy sauce 1 tb
  • salt 1 tb
  • pepper 1 tb

Method:

  1. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until meat changes color.
  2. Add cabbage and both kinds of mushrooms.
  3. Continue stir-frying as you pour in the chicken broth.
  4. When cabbage is cooked or limp, add second chicken broth, cornstarch, rice wine, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir-fry until sauce thickens.
