Ingredients for Bagel Sandwiches:
For Bagel:
Flour 1/2 kg
Yeast 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Butter 2-3 tbsp
Sesame seeds 2-3 tbsp
Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Lukewarm water as required
Salt to taste
For Filing:
Chicken breast 300 gram
Eggs 4
Tomatoes 2-3
Cucumber 2-3
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Mustard paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
BBQ masala 2 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
Method:
For Bagel: Add flour, yeast, sugar, salt, baking powder, butter and egg and knead with lukewarm water and leave for 3 to 4 hours on warm place.
Now take out, fold it with hands, make big big portions, make hole in center and leave for few minutes.
Then take out, sprinkle sesame seeds and poppy seeds, bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C, take out and cut from center.
For Filling: Cut chicken into thin thin slices.
Now in one bowl, add black pepper, bbq masala, garlic paste, salt and oil, mix it and grill on grill pan.
Beat eggs with 1 pinch salt and make thin thin omelette.
Cut cucumber and tomatoes into slices.
For Sauce: Mix salt, mayonnaise, black pepper, mustard paste in one mixing bowl. Sauce is ready.
For Sandwich: Cut bagel from center.
Now put sauce in lower part.
Then keep omelette sand tomato slice.
Now keep chicken piece.
Then keep cucumber and salad leave and keep upper part on top and serve in serving plate.
Ingredients for Cheese Chicken Ball:
Chicken mince 1/2 kg
Mozzarella cheese 300 gram
Eggs 2-3
Bread crumbs 2 cup
Red chilli flakes 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
All spice powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Green chillies 4-5
Green coriander 1 bunch
Oil as required
Salt to taste
For Garnish:
Salad leaves 3-4
Tomatoes 2-3
Tomato ketchup as required
Method:
In one mixing bowl, mix chicken mince, red chilli flakes, cumin seeds, all spice powder, crushed black pepper, chopped green chillies, chopped green coriander and salt.
Now fill cheese in center and make balls.
Then spreads bread crumbs on plate.
Dip balls in eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
After it, heat oil in pan, fry balls, take out in dish and serve with tomatoes, salad leaves and tomato ketchup.
Ingredients for Melon Custard Cups:
Melons 3-4
Milk 1/2 kg
Sugar 1 cup
Custard 1 cup
Seasons fruits as required
Method:
For Custard: Mix 1 cup cold milk with custard.
Now heat remaining milk.
When milk starts heating, add sugar and mix it.
When sugar dissolves, put little little custard.
When mixture becomes thick and keep for chill. Custard is ready.
Now cut melons into potions.
Take out seeds from center and clean it.
Then fill with custard.
Garnish with season fruits on top and serve.
