Lemon Yogurt Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 8 ounces lemon yogurt
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method:
- Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine the egg, yogurt, oil and lemon juice. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 325° for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes and serve.
