Ingredients for Basbousa:

  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Semolina 200 gram
  • Caster sugar 100 gram
  • Desiccated coconut 50 gram
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut whole 15-20
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Rose water 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Humma Pastry:

  • Flour 250 gram
  • Semolina 125 gram
  • Sugar 150 gram
  • Butter 250 gram
  • Dates 300 gram
  • Pine nuts 25 gram
  • Eggs 2
  • Baking powder 5 gram
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

Ingredients for Lukunn:

  • Butter 100 gram
  • Water 200 gram
  • Flour 100 gram
  • Eggs 4
  • Sugar 300 gram

For Sugar Syrup:

  • Sugar 250 gram
  • Water 1 cup
