Ingredients for Bakar Khani:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Yeast 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Milk as required
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Pista Square:

  • Pistachio 250 gram
  • Khoya 250 gram
  • Semolina 125 gram
  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Green food color 1 pinch
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Silver paper for garnish

Ingredients for Doodhi Tukhmalanga:

  • Milk 250 gram
  • Tukh malanga 1/2 cup
  • Dru fruits 1/2 cup
  • Red sharbat as required
  • Ice as required
