Ingredients for Afghani Chicken:

  • 1/2 kg chicken breast
  • 5 garlic cloves ground
  • 2 cups curd
  • 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
  • Salt to taste
  • Chaat masala to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Ingredients for Mango Yogurt Cups:

  • 8 oz yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pineapple
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/3 cup walnut chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherries
  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder

Ingredients for Tahi Sticky Rice Mango Dessert:

  • 2 cups mangoes
  • 1 cup thai sticky rice
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
