Ingredients for Balti Fish In Green Masala:

  • Beckti fish boneless 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 1 small
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Mint 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Cottage cheese 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 6
  • Spring onion chopped 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Special Satrangi Chicken:

  • 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  • 1 large capsicum
  • 1 tbsp black olives
  • 2 tbsp green olives
  • 200 gram cottage cheese
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp cashew nuts
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 4 tbsp yogurt
  • 6 tbsp cream, whipped

Ingredients for Shahi Tukray:

  • Thick bread slices 8
  • Milk 2-1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Balai 1 cup
  • Almonds and pistachio 2 tbsp
  • Ghee for frying bread
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Water 1 cup
