Ingredients for Shab Daig:

  • Mutton chops 750 gram
  • Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Degi mirch 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Saffron garam masala 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin 1 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 1/2 bunch
  • Whole red chilli 6-8
  • Turnip 1/2 kg
  • Flour for sealing pan

For Kofta:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Green chillies 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Saffron garam masala 1 tsp
  • Roasted chickpeas 2 tbsp
