Ingredients for Pasanday:

  • Beef pasanday 1 kg
  • Oil/Ghee 3/4 cup
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • Deghi mirch powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Peanuts/Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 4 tbsp
  • Chana powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tbsp
  • Small cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg, mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Naan for serving
  • Chapati for serving
  • Raita for serving
  • Salad for serving

Ingredients for Mango Colada:

  • Mango cubes 1 cup
  • Coconut milk 1 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple juice 1 cup
  • Ice as required
